Assaf Naveh is a Partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities Group.

Assaf represents a wide variety of startup and mature technology companies in various aspects involving corporate and securities law, from origination through exit. Assaf also has substantial experience in advising technology companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds and private equity funds on transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and sales, corporate finance, venture capital equity and debt investments, multinational strategic transactions, and restructurings.
