Career
Alon Yoeli is a partner in Meitar’s Litigation and Real Estate Groups. Alon specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a wide variety of areas and in all aspects of real estate matters, including real estate transactions, development and financing; planning and construction procedures; and representation of clients before the courts, appeal committees and planning authorities in a variety of real estate cases. Alon has rich experience in litigation and he has achieved unique successes in litigation cases, including precedential District Court rulings and Supreme Court case law in various fields, including banking and real estate, as well as a unique international achievement in a case in which Alon represented Bank Leumi in complex litigation proceedings in Israel and abroad, related to the collapse of Lehman Brothers.Alon has extensive experience in real estate transactions, and in recent years he has been involved, among others, in yielding real estate transactions valued at hundreds of millions of shekels, as well as in many transactions with contractors. In addition, Alon has led complex transactions of purchase groups wishing to buy residential properties and commercial spaces at a scope of hundreds of millions of shekels.Alon also represents clients in all types of urban renewal projects. Alon has wide expertise in real estate financing and he has been involved in obtaining bank loans of billions of shekels for complex residential projects.Alon's deep understanding of real estate transactions, real estate financing and related litigation allows him to advise and represent clients with a broad view of all the legal and commercial aspects involved in a particular matter.
