Career

Hodiya Schnider is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities Group. Hodiya represents corporations in international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, equity financing, and banking financing transactions. Hodiya also provides ongoing securities, corporate and commercial advice to Israeli and foreign companies and advises leading banks and financial institutions in Israel and abroad on financing and derivative transactions. In addition, Hodiya has extensive experience in advising joint ventures and strategic collaborations, and in all areas relating to private investment funds (hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds), including representing institutional and individual investors in all matters relating to investing in private investment funds, fund formation, structuring and ongoing representation and secondary transactions. Prior to joining Meitar, Hodiya practiced law as an associate in the Investment Management Group (Private Investment Funds Group) at Schulte Roth and Zabel LLP, in New York for three years
