Cliff Felig is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group. Cliff’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions (including public and private transactions), capital markets, private equity, banking, project finance and derivative transactions. His clients include a wide variety of multinational corporations purchasing or investing in Israeli companies, Israeli companies that are active in international markets, US and European commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions providing financing to Israeli companies, as well as companies that are dual listed on Israeli and US exchanges, venture capital and private equity funds.

Cliff graduated from Harvard Law School in 1986, after which he worked as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York for six years. He moved to Israel in 1992, and has been a partner at Meitar since 2000.
