Ariel Aminetzah is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group and the practice group co-leader of the firm’s Israeli Corporate and Securities department. 

Ariel regularly advises major corporations in Israel, such as Gazit Globe, Tnuva Group, Leumi Partners in the corporate purchases and sales of the Leumi Group, and various local and international corporations that are active in Israel.Prior to joining Meitar in October 2012, Ariel served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tnuva, Israel’s leading food supplier (2008-2012). Ariel served as a close advisor to the Chairperson and CEO of Tnuva on various legal and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Tnuva, Ariel was a partner in a leading Israeli law firm (2006-2008) and was a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York (2000-2006).

Ariel teaches the course “Advanced Corporate Law” at the Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Law.
