With over 42% of our partners being female and actively involved in the decision-making processes, we are committed to promoting inclusivity. In the past three years, 9 out of 11 partner promotions were women, reflecting our dedication to gender diversity. As corporate members of All for All (AFA), a global network supporting professional women, we continue to contribute to the advancement of women in the professional sphere.

CSR and Probono
Our dedication extends beyond business boundaries, focusing on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and pro bono efforts, as they are significant elements of Karanovic & Partners’ culture and ethos. We recognize a broader responsibility to our community, supporting international and local NGOs to aid vulnerable social groups, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, children with disabilities, LGBT+ individuals, refugees, and Roma communities. Our involvement in projects aimed at improving the lives and personal development of people with disabilities and young Roma people reflects our commitment to making a positive impact.
In addition to CSR and pro bono work, we believe in being a responsible partner in the community by sharing our expertise and knowledge. We actively engage in projects aimed at education and empowerment, with a focus on providing opportunities for learning and development to anyone in our community willing to grow, sharing our expertise, knowledge, and achievements with other community members.
Understanding the importance of nurturing new talent, we've developed a short guide tailored for emerging artists, scientists, and creators. This guide navigates them through the intricacies of intellectual property law, introducing them to its basic principles, helping them understand their rights, and guiding them on how to protect their creativity. Our commitment to talent management and development extends beyond our immediate team, empowering the next generation to bring their ideas to life while safeguarding their work. Our efforts were recognised recently, when we won the Stanton Chase Talent Management Award for 2022, for successfully developing and implementing programs for talents.
