Mia joined ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm in 2004 and was promoted to partner in 2012.
She heads the firm’s Banking & Finance practice and has extensive experience in assisting Slovenian and international lenders and borrowers, including banks and other financial institutions, corporations from a wide range of business sectors and institutional investors.
Mia advises on secured and unsecured term loan facilities, cross-border and local syndications, acquisition financing, real estate financing, project financing, netting opinions and other financial services.
