Simon is a founding partner with a broad practice focused on advising foreign companies operating in Israel.

He has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions, particularly in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Simon represents international and Israeli companies, venture capital firms, hedge funds, private equity funds, and strategic investors in M&A and financing transactions.

In addition, Simon specializes in infrastructure projects and project finance. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including transportation, electricity, water, solar energy, and gas.
