Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co.’s infrastructure practice is primarily recognised for its close links with national roads authority, Netivei Israel, which it advises on all phases of its infrastructure projects. The team has also recently undertaken work for engineering and construction companies, Kibbutzim, and energy clients, among others. Department head Simon Jaffa maintains a broad transactional practice, with a focus on infrastructure projects and project finance. The team also includes litigator Shai Avnieli, who is noted for infrastructure disputes. Gal Shani, Ronit Niederman and Maayan Berg recently left the firm.
