Euripides specialises in the areas of project and structured finance, and energy regulation. He has acted on a wide range of successful complex  project & structured financed transactions, upstream oil  and gas concessions, energy regulatory matters and  acquisitions.

He has advised sponsors and lenders on concessions  and large infrastructure projects (motorways, airports,  marinas), large real estate developments, oil & gas,  renewable and thermal energy projects and electricity  trading.

Euripides joined the firm in 1999 and has been a Partner  with the firm since 2008.
