KŠB actively supports initiatives that champion women and promote equality in the legal profession. We regularly participate in and support projects such as:

• Významné právničky (Outstanding Women Lawyers), organized by Právní rádce

• #PRVNICH100LET, celebrating 100 years since the first woman graduated from a Czech law school

• The “Advokáti do škol” (Lawyers to Schools) programme, where our lawyers engage directly with students to inspire interest in legal careers and highlight how law protects the rights of all citizens

In recognition of our natural and long-term approach to inclusion, KŠB was shortlisted for the 2022 Chambers D&I Awards in the category of Outstanding Firm for Diversity & Inclusion.
