He also advised J&T Real Estate on the acquisition of a large-scale agricultural land portfolio exceeding 3,000 hectares.

Jiří provides ongoing legal support to VGP Group, a leading pan-European logistics developer, and advises MS-INVEST on residential and mixed-use development projects, including co-development models and complex negotiations with local stakeholders and environmental groups.

He also represents Letiště Praha (Prague Airport) in regulatory and planning matters, including zoning changes for the planned parallel runway, and acts as legal counsel to the European Union Agency for the Space Programme, particularly on the EGNOS project, advising on procurement and deployment of monitoring stations across multiple jurisdictions.

Jiří is ranked among the leading real estate lawyers in the Czech Republic by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and is repeatedly listed by Who's Who Legal: Transport as a top expert in aviation law.
