KSB partner and co-head of KSB's Capital Markets and Banking & Finance practices, Martin Krejčí is experienced in domestic as well as cross-border transactions and has been recognized repeatedly by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000.

As regards recent transactions, Martin advised J&T Banka on numerous cross-border as well as domestic financings (including real estate financing, acquisition financing and distressed financing);  CSOB (member of KBC group) on acquisition and operational financings; Mattoni 1873 (the largest producer of mineral water in Central Europe) on financing for its acquisition of Pepsi’s operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, and on financing for its acquisition of Knjaz Miloš, the largest producer of mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages in Serbia and the surrounding region; O2 Czech Republic (the largest telecommunications operator in the Czech Republic) on several syndicated financings; ARETE Group (real estate investment group) on various financing of Czech and Slovak real estate projects; and Solitea (one of the largest market players in the Central European market of IT solutions) on syndicated financing.

In the area of Capital Markets, Martin recently advised J&T Banka during the issuance of perpetual bonds accountable as AT1 capital, Ontex Group in relation to the Czech aspects of issuing senior notes, and J&T IB and Capital Markets as the arranger of numerous bond issues. He also advised on establishing various investment structures, including those for Arete investment group and J&T group.

Martin has acted for many financial institutions, including the Czech National Bank, Česká spořitelna (Erste Group), CSOB (KBC Group), Gorenjska banka, Bank of Ireland, Banka Creditas, Barclays Bank, J&T banka, Raiffeisenbank, and Wüstenrot.
