The Award celebrates the achievement of BOYANOV & Co. in setting the standard in terms of female-friendly work practice and women leading the field inthe legal sector in Bulgaria. Moreover, Borislav Boyanov, managing partner at BOYANOV & Co., has been shortlisted at an international Diversity & Inclusion Awards for Europe 2019 in the category Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year. This nomination has recognised Mr. Boyanov for being a true diversity and inclusion pioneer for the legal profession.

Finally, at the large international forums and conferences organised by BOYANOV & Co. within the last 20 years, such as the Balkan Legal Forum, and IT Hub Connect, topics such as diversity, rule of law and morale were
discussed.
