Ruth-Maria Thomsen’s advisory services range from the due diligence review and the structuring of the transaction to the drafting and negotiation of the contract up to and including the closing of the transaction. Having worked for many years in the area of Corporate/M&A, she has special experience at the interface between real estate law and corporate law and in the financing of transactions.
