Dr Maresa Hormes advises on the drafting and implementation of contracts, in particular, sales contracts and contracts for work and services, supply contracts and logistics contracts. An important aspect of her work is advising on existing contracts and representing her clients in judicial and extra-judicial disputes. She additionally deals with export control law issues.
