Sandra Sfinis advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual employment and works constitution law. This includes, inter alia, drafting service and employment contracts, negotiating works agreements and representing her clients on arbitration committees. Sandra Sfinis additionally advises on the restructuring of companies and on business transfers, which includes providing strategic advice and negotiating reconciliation-of-interests agreements and social plans and assisting with the implementation of staff measures.
