Dr Stephen Lampert’s legal practice focuses on public procurement, constitutional and economic administrative as well as public media law.

Dr Stephen Lampert was admitted to the German Bar in May 2000 and has since been working for various national and international business law firms, must recently in the public procurement law department of LUTZ | ABEL. In 2003, he received his doctorate from the University of Hamburg (Germany) for a thesis on a topic regarding general administrative law. Stephen Lampert has been a certified specialist in administrative law since 2016 and a certified specialist in public procurement law since 2021.
