Dr Arndt Begemann provides legal counsel and notary assistance to medium-sized businesses, large groups and financial investors on all issues pertaining to corporate law. He specialises in the support of national and international restructuring and in assistance during corporate acquisitions and joint ventures.

Dr Arndt Begemann studied law at the Christian Albrecht University in Kiel, Germany. He performed the elective stage of his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf and at a New York law firm. He passed his second state bar examination and was admitted to the bar in 1992. He became a Partner in 1997 and a Notary in 2003. Dr. Arndt Begemann is a member of the management group.
