Michelle Petruzzelli advises on matters relating to information technology and data protection law. A focus of her advisory services is drafting and negotiating IT contracts, as well as advising on data protection law. Another focus of her work is providing advice on matters pertaining to the law of statements, in particular in connection with social media and job application platforms.

Michelle Petruzzelli studied law at the University of Cologne (Germany). Her subsequent legal training including training periods at international business law firms in Cologne and in Barcelona (Spain), amongst others. Michelle Petruzzelli passed her second state law exam in 2015, following which she worked as a lawyer in a business law firm in the area of IT before moving to Luther in 2019.
