Laura-Jane Williams advises national and international real estate investors in connection with the sale and purchase of commercial properties and property portfolios. Furthermore, she advises property investors and asset managers on all matters pertaining to real estate law, in particular in connection with commercial leases and change order management issues.

Laura-Jane Williams studied law at the University of Marburg (Germany). While carrying out her legal training in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), she inter alia completed a training period in the real estate department of an international law firm. Laura-Jane Williams was admitted to the German Bar in 2015, following which she worked for two large renowned international law firms in real estate law before joining Luther as a Senior Associate in early 2020.
