Employment law and co-determination law (works councils)

Bart specializes in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. His work includes redundancies, works council matters and executive remuneration. He also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions (transfer of undertakings). Bart mainly represents companies (listed and not listed).

Bart worked for Stibbe for many years (1996-2005). In 2005 he joined Vestius as a partner.

Member of the specialist Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN), the Employers Lawyers Association for Amsterdam (VAAA) and the European Employment Law Association (EELA).

Bart studied law at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 1996).
