Position
Sander specializes in contract law. He has broad experience in drawing up and reviewing contracts, but also in assisting clients that are involved in conflicts regarding commercial contracts. Within the field of contract law, Sander has a lot of knowledge about distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, sale and purchase agreements, contracts for services, confidentiality agreements, IT contracts, user terms for websites and general conditions.
Education
Sander studied law at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 2011). In 2018-2019 Sander successfully completed a post-master training program on contract law.
