Roger Margand

Roger is joint head of Spire Solicitors LLP business team and advises on a wide range of commercial/corporate projects. He has dealt with commercial transactions of all types, from advising management teams and financiers on private equity deals, to negotiating, drafting and reviewing an extensive range of commercial contracts. Roger works with a broad cross-section of businesses and organisations, advising on commercial contracts, corporate finance, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders’ agreements, UK mergers and acquisitions, and off-market share sales and purchases. Clients include multinationals, charities, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs. Roger is also responsible for a wide range of property work for a large base of clients, including acquisition and sale of property, both commercial and residential, banking security and advisory work, investment property management, landlord and tenant, property development, property finance and property investment. Clients include property developers, surveyors, banks, pension funds, landlords and tenants.
