She represents clients in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including public offerings and private placements and has been actively involved in number of M&As, corporate restructurings and other corporate transactions.

Elmina has extensive experience in advising on company establishment, ongoing corporate governance, participating in due diligence reviews and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across a variety of industry sectors.
