Keeley is Head of Commercial Property and Partner and has a broad range of expertise including but not limited to: sale and purchase of a business, corporate and private finance advice, acquisition of commercial premises for own use, investment, or development, legal site set up, overage provisions for development land, complex or high-value residential purchases, sale of freehold reversions to ground rent investor, advising landlords and tenants and contracts for commercial property or leases.

Keeley has worked in the legal profession since being an undergraduate. First post graduate role was with the British Transport Police Criminal Justice Unit as a case clerk. She then moved into the property field in 2001 taking a role as a completions clerk with a small firm in Ilford. Joined Gepp & Sons, Chelmsford in 2004 and was offered a training contract which was completed in 18 months during 2006-2008. Qualified as a Solicitor in April 2008; redundancy in March 2009 due to the global financial crisis; undertook work for a small local children’s charity whilst searching for a new role; in general practice from September 2009 – 2012. Keeley then joined Pinney Talfourd in October 2012 and was made an Associate Solicitor in May 2016. She joined FJG in November 2019 as Partner being further promoted to Head of Commercial Property in 2024.
