Ashlee Campbell

Ashlee is a Partner with many years’ experience in all aspects of immigration law. Her experience includes corporate immigration acting for employers and education providers. She also has widespread experience in dealing with appeals before the First Tier and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals, Judicial Reviews, Court of Appeal applications and European Court of Human Rights applications. Ashlee often deals with complex immigration matters for clients which include advice on the Points Based system, family applications, spouse/ unmarried partner/civil partner visa applications, dependent relative visa applications, British citizenship, Asylum and Human Rights applications. When representing asylum clients she practices mainly with unaccompanied asylum seeking children, domestic abuse cases/ trafficking cases and accepts referrals from various Local Authorities.

Leah Groves

Solicitor and Partner.  With extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector, Leah has successfully established a niche for FJG in healthcare acquisitions.  Her particular specialism lies in buying and selling dental practices (NHS, private or mixed) by way of asset or share transactions; acting for vendors and purchasers in their personal capacity, as partners or via limited companies.  She is a skilled multi-disciplined lawyer who undertakes the commercial, property and employment aspects of the deal for the client and regularly for the lender either on a dual or sole instruction basis.  She also undertakes the legal due diligence exercise, drafts and negotiates the legal documentation, advises on the Care Quality Commission registration and for NHS businesses, liaises with the NHS England Local Area Teams to facilitate the transfer of the NHS Contract.

Simon Osborn

Over 30 years' experience in divorce and family law with his expertise lying in high value and complex financial cases, often involving family businesses, multiple properties, overseas assets and pensions. Simon has a special interest in family businesses and in achieving solutions which ensure the sustainability of those businesses. Simon is experienced in contested cases concerning disputes relating to the property of unmarried couples. Tony Fisher is the head of the commercial department at Fisher Jones Greenwood. He undertakes Company/Commercial and partnership work, advises charities and educational establishments, and is engaged in the firm’s international practice.
