Rachel is a Partner, Solicitor and Law Society Accredited Representative in childcare proceedings. She has 18 years’ experience of representing parents and children in public law proceedings against a local authority and has been accredited since 2008. She has also practiced in matrimonial law, cohabitation, and private law children.

Rachel trained with Fisher Jones Greenwood, qualifying in 2002 and was made a partner in 2017. She has remained in the family team, specialising in childcare law and heading that team. She is accredited by the Law Society Children Panel and has been since 2008. She is also a Trustee for the Eastern Legal Support Trust.

Rachel graduated from Staffordshire University with a LLB Law degree (class 2:1) in 1999 and a Diploma in Legal Practice in 2000.
