Gordon Barr is a Partner in the Employment practice in Dubai.

Gordon has worked in the Middle East for a number of years and has wide experience in advising upon contentious and non-contentious matters. Gordon is a Part I and Part II Registered legal practitioner with a right of audience before the DIFC Courts and is also well versed in litigation before the Labour Courts. A key part of Gordon’s practice involves advising clients within the banking and financial services sector including compensation and benefit advice.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Gordon spent a number of years within the Employment Law department of a leading UK firm. During this time Gordon acted for a wide range of blue chip clients with his practice including the representation of corporate clients before Employment Tribunals throughout the UK.
