Izabella Szadkowska is a partner in Al Tamimi & Company’s Corporate Commercial Department.  

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Izabella trained at Linklaters LLP Warsaw office, practiced at Clifford Chance LLP Warsaw office, White & Case LLP Warsaw office and Galadari & Associates Advocates and Legal Consultants in Dubai, UAE. Izabella combines private practice and in-house experience, having acted as Head of Group Legal Department for a major UAE conglomerate, Al Rostamani Group. 

Izabella specialises in corporate and commercial work, M&A transactions as well as provides corporate restructuring, ownership restriction and trust structures advice and assistance.

Izabella’s areas of practice also include capital markets (equity type securities), investment banking, in particular security offerings on local markets securities’ brokerage, incorporation/ transfer of incorporation of entities in/to the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”).

Izabella’s expertise also extends to providing day-to-day legal advice on matters of corporate commercial nature to corporate clients operating in the DIFC, UAE and KSA onshore public and private companies particularly family businesses.
