Al Tamimi & Company, the leading full-service law firm in the MENA region, is pleased to announce new leadership appointments within the firm. Andrew Tarbuck has been appointed as Head of Corporate Commercial, while Euan Lloyd will take on the role of Head of Construction and Infrastructure.

Both Andrew and Euan have built strong reputations for their expertise, leadership, and client-focused approach, and will play pivotal roles in the continued growth and success of their respective teams.

Andrew Tarbuck, Head of Corporate Commercial, brings 28 years  of legal experience advising international and regional clients on complex corporate transactions, particularly public and private M&A, equity capital markets and corporate governance and regulatory matters. Known for his strategic insight, commercial approach and deep industry knowledge accumulated from practicing in the Middle East, London and Hong Kong, Andrew will continue to lead the Corporate Commercial team in delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to clients across a range of sectors.

Euan Lloyd, Head of Construction and Infrastructure, has significant experience, across the GCC and elsewhere, in the construction and infrastructure sectors, advising all stakeholders in relation to large-scale projects, project finance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. Euan’s extensive knowledge in this field will be key in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and helping clients navigate the challenges they face in a rapidly evolving market.
