The firm: RocaJunyent is a law firm with a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 lawyers specialising in all areas of commercial law, and in particular M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution and tax.
Founded in 1996, the firm has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Girona, as well as across the entire Spanish territory as part of the RocaJunyent Group. Specifically, these offices are located in Palma de Mallorca, Lleida, Málaga, Seville, Bilbao, Burgos, Valladolid, Badajoz and Ibiza.
