Sergi has an extensive experience in legal advice on administrative and judicial matters (defence before any court and tribunal of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction), as well as in the fields of environment, urban planning, public procurement, competition and regulated sectors (mainly in transportation and mining).

He advices public authorities, professional and business associations, consortia, contractors of services and public works, public-private associations, large companies and SMEs, and individuals.

Moreover, Sergi is an associate professor at the University of Barcelona (UB) in the Department of Procedural and Administrative Law.

He has been recognised in the Directory of "Best Lawyers 2019".
