Javier is a specialist in corporate law. Secretary/Vice-Secretary of the Board of Directors of several Spanish and foreign capital companies, he also belongs to Business Associations and Urban Development Consortiums in which the Public Administration participates.

He specialises in providing comprehensive advice to Public Law Entities, companies in the distribution, food and catering sectors, and in advising companies in the logistics sector (Transport Centres) and franchises. As part of his specialisation, he has carried out transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate assets and industries in Spain and abroad, as well as various sale & leaseback transactions of real estate assets and corporate debt restructurings, and also mergers and acquisitions.

He collaborates as a lecturer at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía, Law Business School and in the Master ISDE Corporate and Financial Management.

He is a member of the Association of Compliance Professionals (CUMPLEN) and the Association of Fashion Law Experts.

Javier completed an Executive Program Seminar at Harvard Business School in 2012.
