He has extensive experience in the execution of foreign judgments and arbitration awards. Likewise, his professional practice includes representing clients before the governmental authorities both federal and local and conciliatory proceedings.

Alejandro has a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana located at México. He has Postgraduate Studies in Civil Law also from Universidad Panamericana and Posgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and Settlements from CIDE (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas). 

Alejandro speaks Spanish and English.

He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association (“BMA”).

Alejandro studied a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law at the University of California, Davis.
