Francisco Alarcón

Specialized in foreign investments, contracts, local registering and consulting to foreign companies doing business in Ecuador as well as in Contract executions with Government and state owned institutions, specially with Petroecuador, Ministry of Energy and State owned Telecommunications company as well as with the private sector. Jorge Arturo Reina
Jorge Arturo Reina, partner at ECIJA Honduras Private Client & Trust, Public Policy, Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration and Real Estate practices. Reina has more than 10 years of experiencia in Public Policy and Dispute Resolution and more than 5 as Legal Project Manager at Sinohydro Corporation Limited in the structuring, execution and management of Patuca III Hidroelectric , the biggest hydroelectric project in Honduras. In 2017, he participated as Leader of the team that provided legal advice to the Trust Bank that managed the construction of the Government Civic Center Jorge Arturo Reina graduated in Law at, Universidad Autónoma Nacional de Honduras, and has a Postgraduate degree in International Trust Training from the Catholic University of Honduras and FELABAN. Reina speaks English and Spanish.
