He began his practice in Law in 1993, from the first years of University. His training was always directed to the practice of procedural law, with an emphasis on civil and labor matters. On August 20, 1998, he graduated with a Bachelor of Public and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Central University of Ecuador. In September 1999, that is, more than 21 years ago, he joined the firm. In 2002 he obtained his title of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador and Doctor of Jurisprudence of the same

College. He is the trial lawyer of the firm, for 15 years he has been the Head of the Procedural and Labor Unit of the firm. He was a member of the Board of the Chamber of

Commerce, was part of the Legal Commission of said entity and, at present, is - JUDICIAL ATTORNEY of important national and foreign private institutions. He served as External Lawyer Secretary for the Collections Department of the IESS.

He completed and obtained his certificate from the Negotiation Course with the "Harvard" method, at Harvard University, in Boston, Massachusetts.
