Philippe is Avocat à la Cour admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, 2008. He has a long-standing record of advising local and international clients and he specialises in a wide range of corporate transactional and private equity-related matters, including in particular the drafting and negotiation of investment and shareholder agreements, financing agreements and share purchase agreements. He also assists clients in setting up stock option schemes.

Philippe is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL). He is also a member of the legal committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA). 

Philippe graduated from the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris and has a PhD in Private Law from the same university.
