Career

Dave’s multi-skilled background and professional approach is the hallmark of his legal practice. He is both a member of the Malaysian Barand International Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA). Being a lawyer with varied and diversified experience gained from dual jurisdictions enables him to meet clients at their point of need. He represents high net worth private clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.

His primary areas of practice include advising clients on cross border investment, commercial matters, immigration with particular strength in human rights and EEA law. In particular Dave has successfully concluded very many appeal cases at the Tribunal and higher courts as well as judicial reviews.

He has vast experience organising business forums and trade missions as Secretary of the ASEAN-UK Business Forum for business community both in the UK and the Far East. Again, his knowledge gained from advising business professionals adds value to analysing the legal needs of prospective investors and entrepreneurs who wish to explore business opportunities in the UK. He pays a special interest to the changing needs of commerce and trade in line with the shifting global economic powers in advising international clients.

Dave says a borderless world that we live in today and the opportunities available would continue to encourage people to move about. London, in particular, will continue to attract investors.
