Fadi heads up the firm's Public Law and Appeals at Gulbenkian Andonian Solicitors department under the supervision of Dr. Bernard Andonian (who sits as a part-time Judge of the First-tier Tribunal). Fadi has extensive experience in the field of public law and immigration, litigation across the broad spectrum of public law and immigration law over the last 10 years. He undertakes his own advocacy with regular successful appearances at both the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal. His cases often progress to the High Court and even the Court of Appeal where he has settled several pleadings on various matters such as deception, FGM, medical cases and destitution, human trafficking etc. His work includes acting for large organisations (including restaurant franchises and football clubs) as well as individuals. His meticulous approach to his appeal-based work and advocacy has earnt him consistent judicial praise over the years.
