Tijana is a Partner at Prica & Partners. She focuses on competition, banking & finance, dispute resolution. In the field of banking & finance Tijana advises banks and financial institutions, insurers, funds and investors on the entire spectrum of banking and finance services. As a co-head of the firm’s competition law team, she provides legal advice on competition law matters related to corporate acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, as well as in relation to state aid and public procurement. Tijana contributed her knowledge to the Kluwer’s "Competition Law in Central and Eastern Europe: A Practitioner's Guide".Tijana also represents clients before the domestic and international commercial arbitration institutions. She acts as an arbitrator of the Belgrade Arbitration Centre. Besides the arbitrations, Tijana represents clients in the disputes before the local commercial courts.
