Darija is a Partner at Prica & Partners and heads the firm’s competition/antitrust department. Darija provides competition law advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, as well as in relation to state aid and public procurement. She has dealt with many significant M&A and competition projects representing major international companies in local procedures for obtaining merger control approvals of their global mergers, as well as regarding clearance of acquisition procedures before the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition. Darija represents her clients before the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition in various antitrust related procedures (e.g. alleged breaches, individual exemptions). With over 20 years of professional experience, Darija is an established and well-known legal practitioner who is, according to IFLR 1000 “roundly praised by her clients”.
