Philip ter Burg, partner and lawyer, specializes in international trade, intellectual property and litigation. He advises (inter)national clients on a wide range of issues and is frequently involved in complex (cross border) transactions. Philip has a wealth of experience in (inter)national litigation, representing companies with regard to distribution and agency agreements.

Member of the IBA, the Dutch Dutch Transport Law Association, the Corporate Litigation Association and is a former board member of the International Trade Chapter of the Dutch Bar Association.

After having completed his studies in Dutch law (business law) at Leiden University in 1988, Philip received a postgraduate qualification (LL.M) in international business law from Queen Mary College, University of London (1989).
