Martijn Vermeeren’s, managing partner and lawyer, practice includes insolvency law and corporate law. He advises various companies on such matters. He is involved as an adviser, administrator and receiver in the settlement of insolvency cases, acquisitions and disputes about leases, real estate and corporate law. Martijn has been involved in the settlement of complex bankruptcies as the receiver for Miss Etam and the Ruwaard van Putten Hospital. Martijn has also been involved in complex insolvency cases such as V&D, Mexx and MS Mode.

Dutch and English

Martijn studied Dutch Law at Leiden University, graduating in 1997. He has completed the post-graduate specialist courses in Insolvency Law and Financial Economics for Receivers at the Grotius Academy.
