Position
Senior Associate Horst Bitter has worked as a medical lawyer for more than 15 years – since 2002, at our partnership -. He focuses on the counselling of companies especially in the fields of Unfair Competition Act (UWG)/Law on Advertising in the Health-Care System (HWG), German Drugs Act (AMG), Pharmacy Act (ApoG), German Medical Devices Act (MPG), compliance, corruption and SGB V (Code of Social Law). Moreover, he advises physicians and professional partnerships in matters under company/partnership, liability and criminal law. He disposes of many years of experience in negotiations in and out of court.
Education
University of Göttingen Qualified: since 1995 2nd State Examination (Higher Regional Court of Celle) Doctoral Thesis on actions for enforcement of a right and on the status of individual members of the supervisory board under organization law, disputes between organs of a joint-stock company.
