Foyen is advising Coop Värmland in a property sale on the island of Tullholmen in

Karlstad. With this acquisition, the buyer, Riksbyggen, completes its largest

land acquisition in Karlstad in modern time. The property is approximately

23,200 GFA and the detailed zoning plan is expected to be adopted during the

first quarter of 2020. Riksbyggen is planning to build 230 new housing units on

Tullholmen with construction due to begin in 2023/2024.
