Foyen recruits lawyer from the Court of Appeal
Foyen Advokatfirma has recruited lawyer Erika Stjärnström from the Göta Court of Appeal. Erika has joined the law firm's Construction business sector, writes Foyen in a press release.
Erika most recently served at the Göta Court of Appeal, where she completed her judicial training. Since being approved as an Associate Judge, she has worked at the Court of Appeal's administrative division as an assistant administrative judge.
I was drawn to Foyen since Foyen has a strong position on the market and is market leader within construction law. I look forward to working with many skilled colleagues and being able to contribute my experience to the firm, says Erika Stjärnström.
Erika's legal background also includes work at the Kalmar District Court, where she served as a junior judge, as well as clerkship at the Lund District Court. Before that, she worked for one year as an associate at Foyen Advokatfirma in Malmö. Erika joined Foyen once again on 1 March.
Erika has a very valuable legal background with judicial training and experience from handling and judging cases in courts of general jurisdiction. Her expertise strengthens us further and the recruitment constitutes a stage in our endeavour to become Sweden's leading commercial law firm within project and technology-related law, says Foyen's CEO Linnéa Djursén.
During the spring, Foyen has also recruited associate Sara Övall to the Construction and Public Sector business areas. Sara took up her position at Foyen on 1 March.
