Herwin Roerdink
Herwin is a partner at the firm and specializes in intellectual property, (online) marketing and data protection. Herwin advises and litigates on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of trademark rights, copyrights, design rights and trade name rights. Additionally, he has a strong focus on anti-counterfeiting, data protection and (online) marketing. He has represented several clients in enforcement proceedings by the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP). He represents a range of clients in various sectors, including FMCG, fashion and luxury goods, internet, media and entertainment, automotive and charity.
Otto Swens
Otto Swens is co-founder and partner. Otto’s practice has a focus on patents and life sciences. Otto advises and litigates particularly in the field of pharmaceuticals & life sciences, chemistry, medical devices and mechanical engineering. Otto has a broad experience in representing clients in multijurisdictional cross-border litigation concerning pharmaceutical patents and SPCs. Otto is also active in the regulatory practice. He advises and litigates on issues such as data- and market exclusivity, marketing authorisations for (orphan) medicinal products and peadiatric extensions. Further, Otto advises about aspects such as pricing, parallel imports, reimbursements, product liability and promotion.

Polo van der Putt
Polo is partner at the firm and heads the IT and sourcing practice of Vondst. He also specialises in data protection law. Amongst others Polo deals with sourcing projects, the structuring and termination of co-operations, software and services contracts, distribution and IT- and procurement projects. Advising clients in conflict situations forms an important part of his practice. Polo is arbitrator for the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes.Polo is chief editor of the Dutch legal Magazine on Internet Law. Polo is board member for the Dutch Association of IT and Law (NVvIR).
