Daria Pastore assists and represents a number of international and Italian companies operating in a variety of industrial and commercial sectors in disputes concerning civil, commercial, banking and finance matters. In particular, she represented clients in disputes, including urgent and interim measure proceedings, concerning agency, distribution, supply and commercial lease agreements, international sale of goods contracts, unfair competition, product liability, trademark and patent infringement. She also assisted Italian clients in certain corporate litigations, having represented directors and companies. She also gained a significant experience in insolvency law and litigation. She assisted Italian and international companies, funds, and financial institutions on complex issues, including international issues, and in litigations relating to the major insolvency proceedings in Italy. Daria Pastore has extensive experience in aviation law, having assisted leading companies in the aviation sector as well as companies operating in connected sectors, such as oil companies and service companies, in contentious and non-contentious matters. In particular, Daria Pastore assisted important international lessors in lease and sale transactions concerning aircraft and engines as well as in aircraft and engines repossessions and seizures, manufactures in product liability and compensation for damages disputes, oil companies in complex disputes relating to jet fuel royalties as well as several companies operating in the aviation sector in claw-back actions and admissions to the lists of creditors under several insolvency proceedings. She also assisted clients in maritime law cases and, in particular, in seizures involving ships and sale of ships under insolvency proceedings.
