Lucio Di Cicco focuses on administrative and regulatory law at both European and Italian levels, with particular reference to the sectors of energy and infrastructures, natural resources and environment. In particular, he regularly advises companies, including public or mixed companies, investment funds and credit institutions in relation to the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience with projects relating to renewable energy plants, natural gas distribution and storage as well as energy plants deploying traditional sources, energy efficiency projects, Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) projects and financing for the construction of infrastructures such as hospitals and highways.
